Brennan Clements is a Vice President at The Wyse Group. Brennan joined the firm in 2021 focusing on complex financial and valuation analysis, credit agreement analysis, and identifying and articulating potential transaction strategies and strategic alternatives. He works closely with company founders, management teams, private equity groups, lenders, boards and investors in various industries, including healthcare, technology, consumer and retail, and industrials.

Prior to joining The Wyse Group, Brennan worked as at SCALE Physician Group, where he managed simultaneous high-intensity workstreams for sell-side and buy-side advisory transactions in the Healthcare Services space. In addition, he focused on platform portfolio company restructuring and value creation for sponsor backed clients with $50M to $1Bn+ of total revenues. He assisted in the execution and development of five co-investments alongside private equity partners through the firm’s fund.

Brennan holds a BS in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. He resides in Austin, TX where he enjoys outdoor rock climbing, sailing and coffee roasting.
