Adam is a Managing Director with The Wyse Group providing strategic advisory and performance optimization leadership to the firm’s clients. He brings expertise in operational excellence, business growth and complex problem solving to deliver successful outcomes for Wyse clients. Additionally, through affiliated companies, Adam identifies and executes investment strategies for the Wyse Group.

During his 30-year career, Adam has served as an investor, advisor and consultant to middle market companies in a wide range of industries. Prior to joining the Wyse Group, Adam was a Partner with Cooper Investment Partners, a private investment firm that invested in middle market companies that benefitted from having an operationally focused financial partner. CIP applied a flexible investment approach that matched patient capital with long-term value creation strategies. Adam is adept at developing and implementing business strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2G markets, focusing on cash flow growth and identifying organic and acquisition-driven growth avenues.

Adam and his wife live in the NY Metro area and have two children. He enjoys all outdoor activities, especially mountain biking and skiing. Adam holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BSBA from the University of Denver. He currently serves on the boards of [CPC], Q Gateway and Positive Directions.
