James’ wide range of experience from entrepreneurship to large organizational leadership positions enables a unique perspective of hands-on, ground-up experience to delivering a collaborative and partnership founded solution across numerous stakeholders to bring about the proper outcome and sustained results.

James holds certifications in AIB Bakery Science, HACCP and PCQI. He lives with his wife in the Greensboro metropolitan area and enjoys wood carving, hiking, baking and reading.
