Josh is a Director at The Wyse Group with a focus on M&A, Capital Raising, Liquidations, and various Restructuring Roles. He has supported interim CFO, CRO and CEO teams during his career with the firm and successfully executed an extensive number of engagements during his over 4-year tenure.

Prior to The Wyse Group, Josh spent time at Asgard Partners, working on debt and equity capital raising completing 10+ transactions. He also served as the interim President of BodyBar Pilates, a high growth franchisor of fitness studios across the US. Initially, Josh started his career as an Investment Banker at Vaquero Capital where he focused on middle market M&A transactions in the software space.

Josh holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin with Series 7, Series 63, Series 82 licenses. He currently resides in the greater Los Angeles area and spends his spare time either golfing, watching sports, or spending time with his wife and family.
