Cole is a Vice President at The Wyse Group. Cole specializes in the execution of restructuring initiatives, M&A advisory services, and asset sales. His notable achievements include serving as Interim CFO for a $70M home health and hospice care business throughout the sale process and subsequent wind-down. He also completed the sales of an Illinois-based senior living facility and a Georgia-based staffing agency, preserving $730M in NOLs for the buyer.

Prior to The Wyse Group, Cole focused primarily on the valuation of privately held debt, equity, and business enterprises for financial reporting and tax purposes across a variety of industries. Cole performed solvency and fairness opinions in support of mergers, acquisitions, and dividend recapitalizations of multi-billion-dollar enterprises. He also conducted mark-to-market valuations of middle-market private equity firms' investments in companies ranging from the pre-IPO to late-stage growth phase.

Cole has a B.S. in Business Studies from Stockton University. He currently resides in Tampa, FL with his wife and dogs. Cole enjoys weightlifting, training for ultramarathons, and training his dogs. He has a passion for reading biographies and philosophy and enjoys exploring new recipes in the kitchen and on the grill.
