Managing Director
Rob is Managing Director at The Wyse Group. He brings over 25 years of diverse global business leadership experience from public accounting through global corporate strategy, business development, and revenue growth. Rob serves in roles such as interim CFO and CEO in organizations leading to efficiency gains, profitability gains, and increased controls. Rob considers his style a collaborative one through leadership and positive management.
Rob’s background varies in industry including IT, Telecom, Healthcare, Banking, Manufacturing, and Not for Profit. Rob has maintained leadership roles in start-ups and large corporate environments navigating each with a collaborative touch and hands-on approach. Rob brings his diverse background to provide a true business leader’s perspective with a focus on operational efficiencies, value creation, customer experience, and employee culture.
Rob Rob holds a Bachelors from St. Bonaventure University, has been through the Executive Education Programs from The Wharton School and enjoys participating with the Turnaround Management Association, the local boards for Rugby and Flag Football as well as several other community organizations.
Rob resides in northeast Ohio with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid traveler through both business and pleasure but finds his joy in coaching both daughters in rugby, soccer, and flag football while mentoring future business leaders. He considers one of his greatest learnings to be while on assignment in Japan during the 2011 Tsunami. It was there he witnessed out of the greatest of tragedies a triumph of the human spirit and society wide supportive healing and focus.
