Mike is a Senior Associate with The Wyse Group and involved in restructuring advisory, merger and acquisition execution and performance optimization. His experience spans multiple industries including healthcare, food & beverage, and consumer products. Notable deals include his lead on the sale of a $50 million-dollar, multi-state QSR franchise portfolio, restructuring of 700+ bed continuous community retirement community, and development of a go-forward business strategy for a specialty consumer package goods brand.

Mike began his career in banking with M&T Bank and Key Bank. He has also spent time in the industry, focusing on growth strategy design and execution through organic and inorganic means. This diverse background has created a versatile skillset for clients to draw upon.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Economics from Niagara University and a Masters of Economics from DePaul University. He is a member of the Upstate Capital Association of New York, and TMA chapter of Upstate New York.

As a Buffalo, New York native, Mike is patiently waiting for the Bills and Sabres to bring home championships. He enjoys staying active and is an avid cross-country skier and cyclist. Mike also likes to spend time with friends and family.
