Terrill is an Associate at The Wyse Group. He collaborates with clients on restructuring, receivership, and performance improvement initiatives. He has experience across a variety of industries, including healthcare, food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution, and TMT. His work involves developing financial models and conducting detailed analyses to assist management teams in making strategic decisions.

Before joining The Wyse Group, Terrill worked in investment banking at Glover Park Capital, where he advised on and sourced sell-side opportunities. He focused on companies in the lower-to-middle market across industries such as industrial machining, textiles, TMT, logistics, and paper and packaging. He also supported strategic buy-side mandates by sourcing targets and evaluating growth initiatives.

Originally from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, Terrill now resides in Richmond. He holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Certificate of Innovation from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is passionate about improving business operations and is actively involved in his community through the Rotary Club of Richmond. Terrill is an avid motocross and supercross enthusiast.
